Shipping & Returns
All transactions are in US dollars.
All orders are fulfilled by Sidewalk Fulfillment Services.
Orders will generally be processed within one to five (1 - 5) business days, but may take up to ten (10) business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Pre-order, backorder and made to order items will have an extended processing time, which is listed on the product description, as well as on our FAQ Page. These times are subject to change.
Please note the following:
Your desired shipping method goes into effect when your order is fulfilled.
If you select "USPS Priority" 1, 2 or 3 day shipping, it does not guarantee you will get these items in those time periods. This IS NOT expedited shipping. Instead, the postal service has renamed their priority mail services, but does not guarantee that these services will deliver in the time stated. Again, this IS NOT expedited shipping.
Please see below, directly from USPS:
"In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2 or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination and drop-off time. The expected delivery data does not come with a money-back guarantee."
You will receive an email from Sidewalk with a delivery confirmation number, indicating that your order has been shipped. Orders shipping via USPS should arrive within three (3) to seven (7) business days. If you haven't received your order within 21 days of shipping, please email us with your name, account email address and order number, and we will file a claim with a third party insurance provider.
Standard international shipments can take up to 8 weeks to arrive at their destination, but generally will arrive within a week. International orders may have customs charges attached depending on the country that they are imported to. Please be advised that we do not oversee these charges and have no control over them, nor can we quote them during the checkout process at this time.
Lost International Shipments: If you haven't received your order within 45 days of shipping, please email us with your name, account email address and order number, and we will file a claim with a third party insurance provider. At this time, the following countries are NOT covered under our third party insurance provider:
- Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Cote d'ivoire (Ivory Coast)
- Democratic Republic of the Congo
- Myanmar (Burma)
- North Korea
- Republic of the Congo
- Sierra Leone
- Sri Lanka
All items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of the confirmed shipping date for domestic orders and 90 days of the confirmed shipping date for international orders. Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed undamaged and in resell-able condition. Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges, including the shipment back to purchaser on exchanges and a 15% restocking fee for returns. Restocking and shipping charges are waived only for Sidewalk mistakes or defective merchandise. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us to get an RA# and a more detailed explanation of the process.

Return To Sender (RTS):
"If your package is being returned to our warehouse, it may be due to a handful of different issues, however it is usually due to the address being incomplete or insufficient. Once we receive the package at our warehouse, we will notify you. You can then choose to pay to have your order shipped out to a corrected address, or for us to process a refund for the products themselves. Please note you will not be issued a refund for the shipping you originally paid, and an additional 5% fee will apply towards the items purchased.
For international orders, make sure your phone number and email address is correct so customs can contact you regarding any duties and taxes you may owe. If a package is Returned to Sender, it may take in excess of 6 months or longer to be returned to our facility. Until we receive the package back we are unable to issue a refund or reship your order."
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com. If the order contains MTO (Made to Order) Items, a 15% fee will be applied. If the order does not contain MTO items, only a 5% fee will be applied.
